At Emiriah, we are dedicated to delivering premium, long-lasting fragrances that reflect luxury and sophistication.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- Items are unused, in pristine condition, and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.
- All tags, labels, and complementary materials (including samples or booklets) remain intact.
- Online purchases are returned through the designated online return process.
- Items purchased during promotional periods, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for return.

Upon approval, our delivery team will arrange a convenient collection. We request that the item is carefully sealed and prepared for pickup to ensure it reaches us in perfect condition.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Payments made online will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- All refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency
Kindly Note
- Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
- Currency exchange variations remain beyond our control and are not the responsibility of Emiriah.
